Top Mom Bloggers Review and Giveaway

I love blogging but for a long time I have wondered why I wasn’t really getting anywhere when it came to the blogosphere. I have been blogging for several years and I thought I had some pretty interesting content, but my traffic stayed the same and I wasn’t reaching the people I really wanted to reach. Then I came across a group of fellow bloggers that seemed to be doing it all right. They were actually reaching more than a handful of people and working with great companies. That is what I wanted, so I joined and learned.

Finally two of those bloggers, Trisha and Lynsey, decided it was time to put all this great information into one place. And that place is Top Mom Blogger. Let me just tell you that since I have started to implement the practices and procedures outlined on Top Mom Blogger I have increased my unique monthly views by 400 in just 2 weeks! For me that was huge. I haven’t been able to increase my viewership like that in 2 years.

Sportline Calorie Tracking Pedometer 345DS Review Giveaway

As I am getting older I am really understanding the importance of regular exercise. I try to be active at least 5 days a week, but sometimes it just doesn’t happen the way I hoped. I wanted to see if I could boost my exercise and get me to step away from the computer a little more often, so I decided to try using a pedometer. I got the Sportline Calorie Tracking Pedometer 345DS, and am trying to challenge myself to Move 100 minutes a day.

What I liked right away is how easy it is to set up. Not a lot of complicated buttons and it starts as soon as it registers movement. So no worrying if you turned it on or not. They are trying to get people to get up and get active for 100 minutes a day, which is one of the reasons I wanted a pedometer.  I won’t lie, I am not there yet. I typically do a 30 minute Jillian Michaels DVD (and she whips my butt), but I really am motivated to get myself in better shape.
