Sportline Calorie Tracking Pedometer 345DS Review Giveaway

As I am getting older I am really understanding the importance of regular exercise. I try to be active at least 5 days a week, but sometimes it just doesn’t happen the way I hoped. I wanted to see if I could boost my exercise and get me to step away from the computer a little more often, so I decided to try using a pedometer. I got the Sportline Calorie Tracking Pedometer 345DS, and am trying to challenge myself to Move 100 minutes a day.

What I liked right away is how easy it is to set up. Not a lot of complicated buttons and it starts as soon as it registers movement. So no worrying if you turned it on or not. Simply get it on your body and start moving. Sportline is part of the Move100 fitness initiative. They are trying to get people to get up and get active for 100 minutes a day, which is one of the reasons I wanted a pedometer.  I won’t lie, I am not there yet. I typically do a 30 minute Jillian Michaels DVD (and she whips my butt), but I really am motivated to get myself in better shape. I want the stamina and the cardiovascular benefits that come with sustained exercise. The Sportline Calorie Tracking Pedometer 345DS is great motivation; I love to see how many calories I can burn just by simply walking! And it is kind of fun to tell how many steps you took each day.

The Sportline Calorie Tracking Pedometer 345DS

  • calculates calories burned
  • Tracks up to 1 million steps
  • Measures distance walked
  • MoveTrac ™ monitors all-day movements
  • Sets your stride-length automatically
  • Digital accuracy
  • Measures in imperial and metric standards
  • 1 year warranty

The only thing the Sportline Calorie Tracking Pedometer 345DS doesn’t do is do the walking for you!

Chicken Salad Recipe

I love a really tasty chicken salad, but buying it at a restaurant seems to be such a waste of money to me. Instead I would rather make some at home. You can grill, bake, roast or even boil the chicken, then add in your favorite flavors and viola you have Chicken Salad. I hope you enjoy my Chicken Salad Recipe.

Win Your Way with Shop Your Way

Every Christmas my brother-in-law asks for something from Sears. He loves Craftsman tools and they are often on his list and his kids always need school clothes. So I often find myself doing a lot of shopping at Sears. This year I decided to join Shop Your Way to earn reward points. I can earn 10 reward points for every dollar I spend at Sears or online with Sears. Then I can take those points and put them to use whenever and however I want. That means I can use as few or as many of my points towards any of my purchases, even if I just earned those points.

But what I really like about Shop Your Way is their fun feature Win Your Way. With Win Your Way you can win Shop Your Way Reward Points, Exclusive Merchandise, Trips, Digital Awards and Products. You have to be a Shop Your Way Bonus Member (no purchase necessary) to participate in Win Your Way, but that is as simple as giving a valid email address.

Entering Win Your Way Sweepstakes is easy. Choose which sweepstakes you want to enter, read the directions and click the Get Started Now button. I have entered a few Win Your Way Sweepstakes already, but I haven’t won any yet. Some Win Your Way Sweepstakes ask for your opinions through polls, others ask you to rate products, while others ask you to find products you want and add them to your “wish list” for other shoppers to view.  Shop Your Way is a fun social shopping platform where you can check out what others shoppers are interested in and what is trending at the moment.

I’m interested in entering the What’s For Dinner Sweepstake where I would be entered to win a new premium cooktop! Or the Keeping Up Appearances Sweepstake where I could win a $50 gift certificate to be used on the Kardashian Kollection™ at Sears. This one would be wonderful for me to win since I need a new outfit for my husband’s office holiday party.

I know I’ll be using Shop Your Way and Win Your Way to help stretch my holiday budget, and maybe to even win a few fun items for myself. Are you going to try Shop Your Way and Win Your Way?

You can keep up with Shop Your Way on Twitter at @ShopYourWay #WinYourWay. No purchase necessary. See http://bit.ly/RdfB8K for details.

This is a sponsored post with http://brandfluential.com, I am a Win Your Way blogger, though all opinions are my own.
