I love peonies… well, any fresh flowers really. I used to keep a vase of fresh flowers on a table in my entry way, and on my dining room table. But I haven’t done it in quite some time. I think it’s time I started doing it again.

I have a white tree peony and usually bring some in each year. I love the strange woodsy scent they emit, but they seemed to go by very fast this year. I didn’t even get a chance to cut any.

Peonies are my absolute favorite — my mom has always had massive bushes. I tried finding one for our new home but didn’t have any luck this spring. 🙁
