I love my CNB Natrually Far Infrared Sauna. I think this thing is the most relaxing way to promote healing. I was lucky enough to try this sauna out at the Autism One conference in Chicago last month and my husband was sweet enough to allow me to purchase one. Bonnie and Anthony of CNB Naturally were super sweet and we hit it off right away. Bonnie and I have even bonded over our love of Matthew’s new protocol. She uses it too! What are the chances?

I wanted to give you a little peek at me in the sauna so you can see just how wonderful this piece is. My mother has gotten addicted to it since it seems to ease her back pain. She was one of my main reasons for wanting this sauna and I love that she is getting relief from using it. I encourage her to come over as often as possible to use it.

I use it daily and I make my husband use it every evening before retiring to bed. It helps with pain and insomnia so I figure it is perfect for him. Check out CNB Naturally and let me know what you think of my cool sauna (well really it is hot, but you know what I mean).

  2. That’s interesting that you’re not completely immersed in it – only the lower body. I love that it has a small footprint too.

  8. I am usually not a big sauna fan since I feel the steam makes it difficult for me to breathe, however, since your neck and head are not involved in this type of sauna, I would love to give it a try!

  10. I feel claustrophobic in saunas so this wouldn’t work for me, especially since it’s so small.

Liz I think you would be surprised. I suffer from claustrophobia pretty badly but because my arms and head are out and you do not feel restricted at all in here, I don’t have any claustrophobia symptoms while it it at all. there is a ton of room to stretch out your legs and there is room on both sides of you. It is deceptively large and not restrictive.

  15. How interesting that it’s only for the lower half of the body. Saunas tend to make me feel like I can’t breathe, but I like that this isn’t like that.
