Friday Favorites: The Backstory
For this Friday Favorites ( #FridayFavorites ) we were asked to tell you what we liked to cook. Truth be told I like cooking when it isn’t something I HAVE to do, but instead something I want to do. I hate to have to cook day in and day out. So my favorite things to cook are those things that are easy and the family likes. I make a simple faux pho that is wonderful, and can be made in the crock pot. I do love to bake, but we don’t eat that much sugar anymore so I don’t bake much. I hope you enjoy this Friday Favorites.

This reminds me I HAVE to pick my crock pot up from my son’s school. It’s been there since staff appreciation lunch in mid Jan. I love making dinner in the crock pot, but can’t remember to get it. I’ll be there tomorrow, so making a reminder on my iPhone now. 🙂
