As many of us in the Biomedical branch of the Autism tree are doing, we have started to become a more “green” family. I have tried to reduce our waste, I buy mostly organic body care products, I have started to cloth diaper Nico and I try to conserve electricity. One of the first ways I started to become greener was when I started to use my own bags to go shopping. Not only do I use them for groceries but I also use them for almost any shopping I do. Having a really great bag to carry all my stuff has been very helpful when I need to carry Matthew’s GFCF foods with me on play dates or out to dinner. I can also pack a change of clothes for the boys and store it in a nice bag in the car. Reusable bags have been really handy in the house to store some of the boy’s smaller toys and my scrap sewing material. And my parents are forever sending me home from their house with some little goody, so having a small, cloth bag in my purse can make it a lot easier to lug my “gift” and my kids home. And because I’m such a proud mom I love to draw attention to Autism and hopefully start meaningful dialogs with the public. Because of that I am completely drawn to this great cinch tote.
Adrienne of AdrienneN has been kind enough to offer my readers a chance to win an Autism Awareness Cinch Bag Tote. All of AdrienneN’s cinch packs are made of 100% nylon. They have dyed to match drawcord closures that allow the bags to double as a backpack! They are 14.5”w by 16.5”h and they read “Autism Unlocking the Puzzle”.

All of her merchandise is incredibly cute, but I think my fave was the custom made tutu.
