- 2 chicken breasts, cooked, boneless, skinless, copped or shredded
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- ¼ to ⅓ cup raisins
- 1 medium carrot, shredded
- ¼ cup pecans, chopped
- celery (chopped) or celery seeds to taste
- Mayonnaise to taste
- In a mixing bowl mix chicken, salt, pepper, raisins, carrots, pecans, celery (seed), and mayonnaise.
- Server immediately.
