In a large bowl combine the ingredients until well incorporated.
Use immediately.
Pour batter onto a hot pan and cook until the pancake starts to firm up.
Flip pancake and cook a few seconds more.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings, we like natural peanut butter with a drizzle of honey.
